Solana up or down, every 15 minutes
Kalshi lists a Solana up-or-down market every 15 minutes, 96 a day, the same kind of market as Bitcoin and Ethereum. SettleMath's Solana page is being built. Until it's live, the Bitcoin and Ethereum pages are.
The basics
- The question: will Solana finish the 15 minutes at or above the strike?
- How it settles: on CF Benchmarks' Solana index, by Kalshi's crypto contract rule: the average of the index over the final 60 seconds against the strike, not the last price. That's why the final minute decides it, as on Bitcoin (how the settlement works).
- How busy: recent Solana markets have traded roughly $50,000 to $150,000 each (Kalshi's public market data, October 2026), behind Bitcoin and Ethereum.
- Fees: Kalshi's usual taker fee for these markets.
What's coming
- The Live page: the price, the strike, the market's price and the final minute's average as it locks in.
- The record: how every Solana market settled, and how close our numbers came, on the Accuracy page.
- Signals and the Lab, once there is enough recorded Solana data to test them honestly.
